We speak good Spanish and French in addition to English. We live permanently in the Lecrin Valley, South of Granada where we have built up a wide network of contacts (English and Spanish) as well as a good understanding of how things work here.

We felt that we could offer something different to an estate agent: enabling the seller to be in direct contact with the buyer and to make the whole process as transparent
